Don’t worry, we accept refunds and exchanges! If for some reason you are unhappy with your new purchase or it was damaged in transit, we will do our best to make it right. You will have the option to get a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package. If for some reason you need something expedited please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
A full refund for items returned within 15 days of receiving your package (shipping costs deducted). Please contact us before sending your return. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer must pay return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of receiving the item.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom items: Custom made items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for any import or custom fees that may apply.
